What happens after I purchase Latin Baby Bass?
After a successful purchase, your product and license will appear in your Chachi Music Studio account. You will also receive an email containing your serial number and product information.
I paid but did not receive an email. What should I do?
First check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder. You can also sign in to your Chachi Music Studio account to view your purchased product and serial number. If the purchase does not appear in your account, contact support\@chachimusicstudio.com.
I paid but cannot find my serial number.
Sign in to your Chachi Music Studio account and open your product dashboard. Your serial number should be displayed with your license information. If it is missing, contact support.
Can I get a refund?
Because Latin Baby Bass is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded, installed and activated. If you experience a technical problem, please contact Chachi Music Studio Technical Support first. If you have completed the recommended troubleshooting steps with our support team and the product still cannot be made to work on a supported system, your purchase may qualify for a refund after review.
Installation
Does Latin Baby Bass work on macOS?
Yes. The macOS installer includes AU, VST3 and Standalone versions.
Does Latin Baby Bass work on Windows?
Yes. The Windows installer includes VST3 and Standalone versions.
Which macOS and Windows versions are supported?
Latin Baby Bass supports macOS 11 Big Sur or later, and Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. Please also make sure your DAW supports AU or VST3 instruments before purchasing.
Why does Windows show a security warning?
The current Windows installer is not digitally signed, so Windows may display a security warning. If you downloaded the installer directly from your Chachi Music Studio account, choose More info and then Run anyway to continue.
Where can I find installation instructions?

Where do I find my serial number?
Your serial number is available in your Chachi Music Studio account after purchase and is also sent to your purchase email address.
What should I do if activation fails?
Make sure your computer is connected to the internet and that the serial number was entered correctly. If activation still fails, contact support\@chachimusicstudio.com.
What if I replace or change my computer?
Sign in to your Chachi Music Studio account to manage your product and activation information. If you need additional assistance moving your license, contact support.
DAW Compatibility
Which DAWs are supported?
Latin Baby Bass is designed for modern AU and VST3 instrument hosts including Logic Pro, UAD LUNA, FL Studio, Cubase, Reason and Fender Studio.
Does it work with Pro Tools?
Pro Tools is not currently supported. AAX compatibility is planned for a future update.
Downloads & Updates
Can I download my installer again?
Yes. Sign in to your Chachi Music Studio account and use the download buttons associated with your purchased product.
Where will I get future updates?
Available product updates and current installers will be provided through your Chachi Music Studio account.
